Hillsborough Region to occupants: Don't seriously endanger people on call

Hillsborough Area, which incorporates Tampa, will keep its workplaces and offices shut on Friday, which will permit district representatives to zero in on the Tropical storm Helene reaction.

Hillsborough Area Sheriff Chad Chronister guaranteed inhabitants salvage groups will be prepared to help.

"There won't be a situation where we can't come get you," Chronister said, adding that the division has two land and/or water capable vehicles and a marine unit.

"Yet, please, what I'm asking is, don't endanger these people on call since you settle on an ill-advised and unfortunate choice," Chronister added.(more).
